WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Roles We Place
We place qualified nursing professionals across the DMV in both facility and home care settings.
RN
RNs assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer treatments playing a central role in healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and wellbeing.
LPN
LPNs provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, assisting with assessments, medications, and comfort measures to support patient recovery.
GNA
GNAs deliver compassionate, hands-on care to elderly residents in long-term care facilities assisting with daily activities, monitoring health changes, and providing emotional support to clients and their families.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
General Requirements
All IHS caregivers must meet the following before placement:
Valid government-issued ID
CPR/BLS certification
Social Security card
Background check clearance
Active state license
Immunization records
