About Our Founder
My journey in healthcare began as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), where I discovered a passion for caring for others and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. I later earned my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, gaining valuable experience in both long-term care facilities and private home care settings.
Driven by a commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care, I became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where I developed a strong clinical foundation while providing hands-on care to patients. I continued advancing my career by earning my Registered Nurse (RN) license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Throughout my nursing career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities, serving diverse patient populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
These experiences provided me with firsthand insight into one of healthcare's most pressing challenges—staffing shortages. I witnessed how inadequate staffing impacts healthcare professionals, facility operations, and most importantly, patient outcomes. Inspired to be part of the solution, I founded Intentional Healthcare Staffing with a clear mission: to connect healthcare organizations with qualified, compassionate, and dependable nursing professionals.
